The VCM50 is a high-end compact single pair tabletop milling machine with a high level of efficiency and usability. Ideal for EVA orthotic production in a workshop environment, as with all the VCM models it benefits from an accuracy of 0.01mm and two-sided manufacturing technology.

The VCM70 is the best option for those who want to produce EVA foot orthotics in a clinic or shop environment. A fully integrated model with the dust extraction unit contained below and the milling unit enclosed in a compartment to reduce noise, eliminating the need for ear protection.

The VCM110 is fitted with the latest insole milling technology to meet the needs of a busy production environment. A high-end model with the most advanced machine components that assures performance as well as accuracy. Standard configuration is 4 separate milling slots but the milling table can be customised to allow for EVA sheet manufacture.

The VCM125 is fitted with the latest insole milling technology to meet the needs of a busy production environment. A high-end model with the most advanced machine components that assures performance as well as accuracy. Standard configuration is 6 separate milling slots.

Our most recent addition to the production family, the VCM250 is capable of milling up to 12 pairs of EVA insoles in each batch. For this reason, the VCM250 is a perfect option for mass production of EVA orthotics. It's highly adaptative capability also allows to mill EVA plate batches.

The largest model in the range, the VCM400 is best suited for production of large volumes of polypropylene blocks. It holds up to 18 individual slots and with its robust and tubular steel frame, it is capable of quality precision with little maintenance.
