Precision,
clinically
engineered.

Dynamic Lab Services builds custom orthoses and distributes the digital tools that make them possible. We approach clinical fabrication the way product designers approach engineering: obsessively, iteratively, and without shortcuts.

The Method

From foot to finish,
digitally.

Every orthosis we make moves through the same four stages: scan, design, produce, finish. The tools evolve, but the standards don’t. We refine the geometry until it’s right, and only then does it ship.

Step 01
Scan

Capture foot geometry with Voxelcare or TrueDepth-class scanners. Sub-millimeter accuracy.

Step 02
Design

Parametric CAD workflow. Clinical prescription becomes digital geometry.

Step 03
Produce

CNC milled or pellet-printed to your spec. No moulds, no waste.

Step 04
Finish

Top covers, posting, and a final quality check, then shipped directly to your clinic, typically within 5 business days.

We tinker with orthoses
the way others tinker
with race cars.

DLS was founded on a simple idea: the gap between clinician and fabricator should close, not widen. Every decision we make is made in that gap, by people who still see patients.

Based in Courtenay, British Columbia. Partnered with clinics across Canada and the United States. Led by Canadian Certified Orthotic Clinicians with clinical experience at the bench.
